Ingredients

4 to 5 person
  • 1 cupyellow split moong dal
  • 1 cupboil corns
  • 1 cupmix bell pepper (yellow, red,green)
  • 1/2 cupmayonnaise
  • 1/2 cupschezwan sauce
  • Salt
  • Lemon juice
  • 1/2 cupgrated paneer
  • 5cheese cube

Steps

  1. 1

    Soak split moong for 6 to 8 hour. Then mix well in grinder and make fine paste.

  2. 2

    Take a dosa tava and heat it well spread batter like dosa after few seconds put all ingredients init.

  3. 3

    Spread all ingredients smoothly cut the moong roll and make a roll.

  4. 4

    Take one plate and put all roll at there and garnish with coriander leaves and paneer.
