If you have a food processor or blender this recipe will be one of the easiest recipe to try out. Preheat oven 180degree while you start the process

In a food processor add the oat; i use the normal oat not the oat flour; add banana, yogurt, eggs, cinnamon, baking powder, honey vanilla and salt into the food processor and blend everything together

Once done; grease your baking pan and pour in your batter; it can carry 2 loaf pan

Bake in a preheated oven for 55mins and insert a toothpick to check once it comes out clean, remove from oven and allow it rest before slicing into it

Serve Banana Oat Cake with any drink of your choice
