Ingredients

4 servings
  • 2 cupsrice(shinkafar towu)
  • Flour(optional) for in case u put too much water
  • (Falawa idan kin cika ruwa)
  • Boiled water

Steps

  1. 1

    Using boiled water is d best(amfani da ruwan zafi yafi)

  2. 2

    Pick out any dirt and stone in ur rice(ki tsince duk wani datti da dutsina acikin shinkafar tuwon ki)

  3. 3

    Wash d rice and also remove d remaining stone(ki wanke shinkafar rayraye ta)

  4. 4

    Leave d rice to stock in d water for at least 10minit(kibar shinkafar ki ta danyi mintuna acikin ruwa kamar na mintuna 10)

  5. 5

    Put ur rice in ur boiling water cover it and lower ur cooking gas to avoid burning and leave it tell soft and make sure ur water is enough to cook d rice (kisa shinkafar ki a tafasasshen ruwan ki dayaki kan wuta ki rage wutar ki karya kune ki tabbata ruwanki isashshe ne)

    Dont allow d water to drain all(kar ki bari ruwan ya tsotsi duka)

    Turn it will with ur turning stick cover again and let it cook will (ki tukashi da muciya ki Kara rufe wa ya Kara dahuwa)

  8. 8

    For d second time turn again at dis stage if u put more water u can use d flour in order to reduce d water or if ur water is not enough u can add hot water and cover again (ki Kara tukawa idan ruwan ki yayi yawa kisa falawa ki dauri ko kuma idan ruwan be isa ba ki bara amma ruwan zafi ki Kara rufewa ya dahu)

    For d 3 time turn again off ur cooker and roll it in different kind of shape u like(ki Kara tukawa ki sauki ki mulmulashi duk yanda kike so)

  10. 10

    NOTE:always use boiled water for tuwon shinkafa(kiyi amfani da ruwan zafi ako yaushi idan zaki dafa tuwon shinkafa)

  11. 11

    NOTE: the more ur turn it d more it be come soft with out seeing any sign of rice(ki tukashi sosai yanda baza aje shinkafa wajan ci ba)
