Ingredients

  • 2 handfulsshredded nderema
  • 3tomatoes
  • 1onion
  • 1 teaspoonroyco
  • Cooking oil
  • Salt

Steps

  1. 1

    Fry onion to golden brown

  2. 2

    Add tomatoes and let them cook for 3mins

  3. 3

    Add shredded nderema bits by bits as you keep stiring

  4. 4

    Dilute royco in some water and add

  5. 5

    Add salt keep stiring for 5mins

  6. 6

    Ready to serve, best served with ugali
