Ingredients

2 tablespoonsextra virgin olive oil
1/2 poundground turkey breast
2 clovesgarlic, finely chopped
1medium onion, finely chopped
1/8 teaspooneach salt and pepper
2 tablespoonsdark chilli powder (a couple of palmfuls)
1 1/2 teaspoonscumin, half a palmful
1 can (8 oz)tomato sauce
1 block (12 oz)light cream cheese
2 boxespremium saltine crackers

Heat a skillet over medium-high

Add olive oil and brown the turkey

Add garlic and onions and season with salt and pepper, chili powder and cumin. Cook 10 minutes.

Add tomato sauce and heat through.

Cut cream cheese into pieces and stir in to melt and combine.

Serve with crackers.
