Ingredients

4 servings
  • 1 TEVOO
  • 1 lbground beef
  • 1small onion, chopped
  • 1 can (14 1/2 oz)crushed tomatoes
  • 1/2 tspsea salt
  • 1/2 tspground black pepper
  • 1small head green cabbage, chopped (16 oz)
  • 3/4 cwater
  • 1/2 cheavy whipping cream

Steps

  1. 1

    In large pot, heat oil. Brown beef and onions until beef is no longer pink and onions are translucent.

  2. 2

    Stir in tomatoes, salt and pepper. Add coleslaw and water and mix well. Reduce heat, cover and simmer 20 min. or until cabbage is done.

  3. 3

    Remove from heat and stir in sour cream if using. Taste for seasoning and add salt and pepper if desired.
