Ingredients

40 mins
  1. Starch
  2. Native salt
  3. Native palm oil
  4. Dry fish
  5. Beef or dried beef
  6. cubesSeasoning
  7. Pomo
  8. Crayfish
  9. Dried fish
  10. Dry grinded pepper

Steps

  1. 1

    Par boil the beef and pomo with just seasoning cubes with salt until almost tender

  2. 2

    Add more water to the meatstock enough for the quantity of the soup

  3. 3

    Add crayfish and pepper and cover to cook for 2 minutes

  4. 4

    Add the palm oil and taste for seasoning (do not add salt)

  5. 5

    Cover to cook for 3 minutes

  6. 6

    Add the precooked dryfish

  7. 7

    Mix the starch in little water

  8. 8

    Add the starch mixture to the soup stock while stirring until the soup thickens

  9. 9

    Leave open to cook for a minute and keep stirring

  10. 10

    Add the native salt and stir then leave open to cook for 2 minutes while stirring
