1 bowl soakedBlack gram lentil(Urad Dal)
Salt to taste
Oil for fry
1 tbspOnion chopped
1 tspGreen chilli

Soak urad Dal minimum 2 hours and grind a smooth paste of it.

Mix salt,chilli and onion and beat well

Now wet your hands...take a ball size batter on palm..make A hole by finger and slightly drop in hot oil...

Fry till golden brown serve with coconut chutney
