Heat the ghee in a pan. Add green chilli, tomato puree, black pepper powder and cumin to it.

Once tomatoes are cooked,add the spices one by one and mix well.
Add the black salt and the Plain Rice and stir it.

Just before serving,garnish it with fresh coriander leaves.

The Cauli tomato rice is ready to loose your belly and help sherd some weight.
