Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoonsextra virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 poundground turkey breast
  • 2 clovesgarlic, finely chopped
  • 1medium onion, finely chopped
  • 1/8 teaspooneach salt and pepper
  • 2 tablespoonsdark chilli powder (a couple of palmfuls)
  • 1 1/2 teaspoonscumin, half a palmful
  • 1 can (8 oz)tomato sauce
  • 1 block (12 oz)light cream cheese
  • 2 boxespremium saltine crackers

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat a skillet over medium-high

  2. 2

    Add olive oil and brown the turkey

  3. 3

    Add garlic and onions and season with salt and pepper, chili powder and cumin. Cook 10 minutes.

  4. 4

    Add tomato sauce and heat through.

  5. 5

    Cut cream cheese into pieces and stir in to melt and combine.

  6. 6

    Serve with crackers.
