Capsicum is my favorite vegetables. As a result my blog might overflow with dish with capsicum. This is one recipe that reflects my love for capsicum....

To begin with first grind grated coconut, green chilli, tamarind puree, salt. Set it aside.

Next finely chop capsicum and potatoes. Heat oil in a pan, then add mustard seed, asafoetida, after few seconds add capsicum and potatoes. Saute for 2 mins and then add about 2 tbsp of water. Then cover the pan and cook for 2 mins.

Once the potatoes soften, add the ground paste, groundnut (fry groundnut on skillet and grind it, coarsely), jaggery and mix. Adjust salt to taste (remember that we have added salt while grinding coconut).

Simmer the above mixture for 2 to 3 mins. Raita is ready to serve.
