Heat a pan with oil...Add cumin seeds...When they cracks...Add chopped garlic..Stir for few sec...Add onion and saute till transparent...Add tomato and salt.. saute till they get soft...Add spinach...And cook for 2 -3 mins...Or till moisture evaporates.

Meanwhile beat eggs in a bowl... Along with salt and pepper powder...Add fresh coriander, chopped green chilli...And milk...And beat again...

Add egg mixture in spinach mixture pan.. spread nicely and cook covered for few mins..On low to medium heat.

Flip carefully and cook from another side too.

Healthy and tasty spinach egg omlet is ready to serve...Good appetizer for breakfast/lunch and dinner too.
