Boil milk for 4 minutes adding bay leaves,cardamon. Wash rice. Add rice boil until it will be cooked as soft as to be smashed. Check taking on palm and smashing with two fingers. Add cashew and raisins. Then add sugar and let it be melt and milk will be thick. Then add condensed milk with constant stiring. Now the payesh is ready to serve.
