I get ready all i want to use, dice the pepper, onion, ugu, and meat

In my pot I add the noodles seasonings with the pepper onion a spoon of veg oil and meat and allow to boil then add the noodles. When it's cooled I add my ugu allow to steam and bring it down

Fry my plantain and eggs and serve
