POHA is healthy why not add on chunks which also play good role in weight loss and give a new taste.
Steps

Boil soya mini chunks adding little salt, wash and drain poha and add salt and turmeric and add boiled chunks and mix well
- 2
Heat pan Put 2 tsp oil and put mastaurd seeds and cumin seeds and when they splutter add curry leaves and onion and green chilli fry till onion till soft and add peanuts and fry now add poha and chunks and mix well and keep for 5 minutes and ready to eat.
