Red layer- heat 2tbsp oil or butter, fry 1cup onions and 1/2 cup capsicum (finely chopped).

Add 1cup tomato puree, 3tbsp of tomato sauce, crushed ajwain, 1/2 cup mixed boiled veggies (potato, carrot, peas,beans and capsicum).

Stir fry and add salt, pepper and red chilli powder. cook for 10mins and keep aside.

White layer : Now take a fresh pan, add 1tbsp of Maida in 1cup of milk along with butter and stir fry till it become thick. Then add 3/4cup boiled corns. Mix salt and pepper to taste.

Green layer : take a kadhai, add little oil and add 1cup onions,stir fry and now add boiled and grinder spinach paste along with green chillies. Add salt to taste and green peas. Cook till thick.

Now take a baking dish, grease it with little butter, spread green layer in the dish. Cover the layer with thin slices of paneer.

Then put the red layer on top of paneer and level it.

Now add the white layer and cover the red layer evenly. Sprinkle cheese on top and bake it in pre-heated oven at 180°c for 20mins. Decorate with fresh carved vegetable.
