  • 100 gmghee
  • For filling
  • 150 gmstattu
  • 1 teaspoonsalt
  • 1teaspoon red chilli powder
  • 1/2 teaspoongaram masala
  • Pinchhing
  • 1 teaspooncoriander leaves chopped
  • Little water

    Filling all ingredients mix. Then small ball.one aata ball or one sattu ball fill in atta ball.make all ball cover.gas tandoor in hot make a ball press in hands in golden brown in colour.after one bowl ghee one by one batti cover in ghee or serve hot
