Steps

Wash and soak rice and both pulses overnight.drain and grind along with gonger like idly batter.

Add the spices and chopped green chillies and coriander leaves.mix well.

Heat the oil and put a ladle full of batter in the middle.

When it puffed up turn over and fry the other side on low heat.

Fry till golden and crispy.serve hot with aalu or any curry.
