1/2 tablespoonbutter
1large Jalapeno almost completely seeded (minced)
1medium red onion (minced)
3 tspgarlic (minced)
1/2 CupWorcestershire Sauce (slightly less)
1/2 CupApple cider vinegar (slightly less)
1 bottleJalapeño Ketchup
1& 2/3 tablespoons black pepper
1heaping tsp oregano
1heaping tsp sea salt
1 tspchili powder
1 tspCayenne Pepper
1 dashpaprika
1 dashturmeric

Combine the first 4 ingredients in a hot pan to sauté.

Add the next 3 ingredients once the sauté is done. Bring to a simmer.

Mix in the remaining ingredients and simmer as time allows.
