Ingredients

10-20 minutes
  • 750 ghake fillets
  • 1 cupflour
  • 2eggs, beaten
  • 1 TSPdried parsley
  • Pinchsalt
  • Sprinkle of Robertson fish spice
  • a squeezelemon for taste
  • 1/3 cupcanola oil

Steps

10-20 minutes
  1. 1

    Pour oil in your electrical frying pan

  2. 2

    Then mix your flour, parsley, salt, and fish spice mix well.

  3. 3

    Beat the eggs well

  4. 4

    Once the oil is hot the take your fish deep it in the eggs then fold it on the flour that seasoned and fry your fish until it's golden brown

  5. 5

    Once it's fried the put it aside. Then your fish it's fried. Serve it
