Ingredients

4servings
  • Chicken
  • 3medium sized tomatoes
  • 1medium sized onion
  • Cooking oil
  • Salt
  • Water
  • Dhania

Steps

45minutes
  1. 1

    Cut the chicken into pieces,wash then boil in a sufuria with water for around 35minutes

  2. 2

    Prepare the ingredients that is onions,tomatoes and dhania

  3. 3

    To the sufuria where there's chicken,allow to cook till all water is drained out then put the chopped onions and a little oil to the sufuria till the onions turn golden brown

  4. 4

    To the mixture, add chopped onions and a pinch of salt to taste

  5. 5

    Allow this to cook for 5minutes or so then garnish with dhania

  6. 6

    Serve with plain rice
