Ingredients

  • 1 bowl puffed rice
  • 2 tbspboiled black chickpeas
  • 1 tbspchopped cucumber
  • 1 tspchopped carrots
  • 1 tbspchopped coconut
  • 1small onion chopped
  • 1 tbspcubed boiled potatoes (optional)
  • 1/2chopped tomato
  • 1 tspgreen peas
  • 1 tbsproasted peanuts
  • 1 tspchaat masala
  • 1 tspamchoor powder (optional)
  • 1-2green chillies chopped
  • 1/2 tsproasted jeera powder
  • 1/4 tspred chilli powder
  • 1 tbspfine sev
  • 1 tbspsweet tamarind chutney
  • 1 tspmustard oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Pour puffed rice in a big bowl and go on mixing all the ingredients.Drizzle mustard oil,chaat masala,tamarind sauce, sev and chopped green chillies and coriander leaves.Serve immediately.
