  • 1/2 kgbeef
  • 2onions
  • 3tomatoes
  • Spanish paprika
  • Black pepper
  • Salt

Steps

  1. 1

    Cook the beef in its own water

  2. 2

    Add the oil to fry and brown lightly

  3. 3

    Add the cubed onions

  4. 4

    Let them cook for 15mins

  5. 5

    Add the tomatoes and simmer until cooked

  6. 6

    Add the spices and cook for a short while

  7. 7

    Serve hot with chapati
