Ingredients

  1. 3/4 cupmilk
  2. 3/4 cupnatural yoghurt
  3. 2eggs (size M)
  4. 1,5 cupflour
  5. 2,5 tspbaking powder
  6. 1 tbspsugar
  7. 2 tbspbutter

Cooking Instructions

    Melt the butter, and let it cool.

    In a bowl, combine well the milk, yoghurt and eggs.

    Add the dry ingredients: flour, sugar, baking powder and mix.

  4. 4

    Stir in the melted butter, and mix.

  5. 5

    Fry the pancakes (2 tbsp of batter per one pancake). Flip once bubbles appear. Serve directly with your favourite toppings.
