Fresh Pasta with Bolognese Sauce

Thanks to Raffaella's recipe, I was able to make homemade pasta! I made the Bolognese sauce quickly. And then... enjoy! I’d like to try another sauce with fresh pasta. Any ideas?

Thanks to Raffaella's recipe, I was able to make homemade pasta! I made the Bolognese sauce quickly. And then... enjoy! I’d like to try another sauce with fresh pasta. Any ideas?

Place the two eggs in the center of the flour.

Beat the eggs and mix them with the flour using your hands to form a dough. Let it rest in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.

Roll out the dough well. If you have a pasta machine, use it.

Cut into pieces about 1/4 to 1/2 inch wide (0.5 - 1 cm).

Cook the pasta in boiling water.

Make the Bolognese sauce with the onions, ground beef, and canned tomato.

Serve on a plate! Enjoy!
