Ingredients

1/2 cup moong daal
1 cupsuji/ semolina
as neededWater as per consistancy
to tasteSalt
1 tbspGinger, chilli paste
1/2 tspSoda/eno
Pinchhaldi/ turmeric and red chilli powder

Steps

Take a bowl soak daal for about 1hrs. Then grind it into a fine paste.

Take another bowl soak suji for about 30min. Then add suji and daal together, now mix all the ingredients and make batter of idli.

Pour idli batter in the idli steamer and cook for 10 min.
