  • 2carrots
  • Ginger
  • Garlic
  • Onions
  • Tomatoes
  • Capsicum

Steps

  1. 1

    Get your fish

    Chop your carrots in cubes

    Fry the onions till golden brown, then add the rest of the ingredients and boil for five minutes, to soften the carrots.

    Add a half a cup of water and salt, add your fish and boil for some ten minutes.

  5. 5

    Serve hot with ugali.
