Mix suji, curd, chopped veggies well make thick batter make tadka of mustard seeds and curry leaves and add in batter

Add salt, pepper, chilli and baking soda mix well

Heat appam pan add little ghee in each cavity now add the batter.

Now pour batter and cook for 1 min. Cover it with lid cook for another one minute

Turn sides and cook from both sides.

Appam is ready to be served.
