Ingredients

  • 2 cupswheat flour
  • HandfulCoriander leaves
  • 1 tspgaram masala
  • 1 tspred chilli powder
  • 1 tbspginger garlic paste
  • 1 tspkasuri methi powder
  • 2 tspcurd
  • 1 tspwhite til
  • to tasteSalt
  • For fryingOil
  • As requiredLeftovers Palak corn sabji

Steps

  1. 1

    First blend the sabji so that corn also is blended.

  2. 2

    Take wheat flour, add all the ingredients, sabji, salt and curd.

  3. 3

    Knead it like dough. Make small balls and flatten them and then elongate it and give shape of muthiya's. Now deep fry in oil on slow flame. It should be cooked from in too.

  4. 4

    Serve hot with chutney or sauce.
