Soak urad dal and whole moong individually for 5-6 hours.

Grind into smooth paste, if needed add little soda bi carb and keep it for fermentation whole night

Morning add salt and beat well

Pour into idli moulds and steam for 12-15 mins

Serve with your favourite chutney.I have served it with chana chutney.
