Ingredients

100 gramssim(flattened beans)
1potato diced
1onion
5-6garlic pods
1/2 tspcumin and pepper powder
1whole red chilli
1/2 tspturmeric powder
as neededchopped coriander
As neededoil
To tastesalt

Steps

Grind together onion, garlic and cumin and pepper powder along with red chilli.Keep the paste aside

Heat oil in a pan add the paste then add all the masalas and stir add sim and potato add little water and allow it to cook until done.

Serve with chopped coriander leaves.
