Ingredients

  1. 100 gramssim(flattened beans)
  2. 1potato diced
  3. 1onion
  4. 5-6garlic pods
  5. 1/2 tspcumin and pepper powder
  6. 1whole red chilli
  7. 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  8. as neededchopped coriander
  9. As neededoil
  10. To tastesalt

Steps

  1. 1

    Grind together onion, garlic and cumin and pepper powder along with red chilli.Keep the paste aside

  2. 2

    Heat oil in a pan add the paste then add all the masalas and stir add sim and potato add little water and allow it to cook until done.

  3. 3

    Serve with chopped coriander leaves.
