In a nonstick pan fry the onions with oil,add garam masala a bit of garlic n ginger paste.

Add the meat n keep on stirring on high heat until there's no wetness.

Add the potato's, tomatoes, tomato paste,Green bell pepper n Cayenne pepper. Reduce heat to medium low n cook covered.

Add 1/2 cup of water n let it cook covered on low heat.until water almost dried up n the meat is tender.

Add salt n mix n cook for 2_3 mins.

Add coriander n turn off heat.

Serve with your preferred accompaniment.
