Ingredients

  1. 3/4 cupoats
  2. 1 1/2 cupswater
  3. I teaspoon of ground cinammon
  4. I/4 teaspoon of ground ginger or even tea masala
  5. I table spoon of sugar

Steps

  1. 1

    Put the water in the pan on the cooker. Put in the ground cinnamon, ginger and sugar. Mix a bit.

  2. 2

    Add the oats and mix a bit. Lower the heat and let them cook (stir often) until the water clears and the oats have turned to a consistency as seen on the image. This takes about 7minutes.

  3. 3

    Let it cool and enjoy. You can add some dried sultanas when serving or slices of banana. Personally I just enjoy as is.
