Bala-bala / Crispy Vegetable Fritters

This food is usually sold as street food together with fried tofu in batter, banana in batter and others. But buying sometimes can be concerning, so better make it my self.

Bala-bala comes from the word "bala" which means "messy" or "dirty" in Sundanese (one of our local dialects, usually spoken in West Java) maybe because the shape of it is a lil bit messy so they call this that way.

Anyway, have a try!
