Take a bowl,mix besan and curd well.add some water and make batter like watery.

Now add ginger chilli paste and turmeric and salt in it.mix them very well.

Now switch on the gas and put a pan on it.pour the batter in the pan and mix continuesly on very low flame.

Make a smooth batter.now check the batter if it roll on the plate,your batter is ready to spread.

Now grease the plate with little oil.and spread it on the plate.

After that make a tadka.for tadka take a tadka pan.put some oil and let it warm.now add some musterd seeds,kadi patta and chillies.at last add grated coconut.

Now cut khandavi in strips and put some tadka things on it.now roll khandavi.

Put some tadka on the roll.

Khandavi is ready.
