Firstly blend ur Egusi. Then boil ur meat.after that u put a pot on the gas pour ur palm oil allow it to fry then pour your onions and locust bean into the oil.

Allow to fry after pour in your blended pepper fry and pour in your boil meat and the stock with all the other stockfish e.t.c.

Put ur Maggi, salt and other seasoning then cover to steam. Put some water into the blended Egusi and make it ball like into a plate. Check ur fried stew on the fire then start putting the ball Egusi into the pot of stew gradually then add water to avoid burning.

Allow it to boil. After some time check and add ur bitter leaf. Stir together and drop it from the gas.
