Peel the plantain and make a empty the middle, that is make a hole at the center in straight.

Boil the minced meat. When done grate onions and pepper and add to the minced meat. Add seasoning and a pinch of salt, then stir gently for 2 mins and keep aside.

Fill the mixture in to the baked plantain, then bake again.

Serve with jullof or fried rice with orange juice.
