  1. 1 packetSoya chunks
  2. 1onion
  3. 3potatoes
  4. 1Sweet pepper
  5. 1carrot
  6. Salt
  7. Oil
  8. 2Tomato
  9. 1 tsptomato paste

Steps

  1. 1

    Cut the potatoes into cubes

  2. 2

    Boil the soya chunks in 1 cup water and set aside

  3. 3

    Fry onions until they turn brown,then add carrots,sweet pepper, tomato,tomato paste,potatoes, salt

  4. 4

    Add soya chunks and mix

  5. 5

    Soya chunks is ready to be served with rice
