Ingredients

  1. 2 cupchana dal soaked for 4 hours
  2. 4 biggarlic cloves chopped with peel
  3. 4green chillies
  4. 10curry leaves chopped
  5. 1 mediummedium chopped onion
  6. 1/4 cupchopped coriander leaves
  7. 1/2 cupturmeric powder
  8. to tasteSalt
  9. as neededOil for deep frying

Cooking Instructions

    Take a bowl soak chana dal for 4 hours. Now after 4 hours drain the water from dal and green chillies, curry leaves grind to a rough paste.

    Add chopped onion, coriander leaves, turmeric powder and salt.

    Mix all well heat the oil for deep frying.

  4. 4

    Now make thin tikki shape out of it and deep fry it.

  5. 5

    Serve sauce or any of your favourite chutney.
