White Rice with Vegetable Egg Sauce

1. Boil the Rice, keep aside. 2. Grind the fresh tomatoes and pepper and boil till dry. 3. Heat the groundnut oil, add the chopped onions, boiled tomatoes and pepper. Allow to boil. 4. Add curry, thyme, seasoning and cube. Stir fry. 5. Add the vegetables, simmer for few minutes. 6. Add the diced liver. 7. Pour the beaten eggs and add salt to taste.

Serve the cooked rice with the delicious vegetable egg sauce. A chilled juice and water to down the well nourished meal.
