Ingredients

  1. 1 kgbeef liver cut in cubes
  2. 1 tbspwheat flour
  3. 1 tbspoil
  4. to tastesalt
  5. i onion finely chopped
  6. 2tomatoes and blended
  7. 1large hoho,sliced in chunks
  8. Rosemary
  9. Rice

Steps

  1. 1

    In a plastic bag,place all the pieces of liver

  2. 2

    Add the wheat flour,close the bag and shake well so all thepieces are evenly coated with flour

  3. 3

    Heat a little oil in a large pan. Add the liver and cook on hight heat

  4. 4

    Fry until well browned, then add salt. Lower the heat,cover and cook for about 15 minutes.

  5. 5

    Add the onions, tomato puree, hoho and rosemary

  6. 6

    Cook until vegetables are just tender.

  7. 7

    Serve hot with rice or ugali and enjoy.

  8. 8

    Boil the rice in a different pan
