Ingredients

  1. 8sausages
  2. 1large onion chopped
  3. Garlic
  4. Ginger
  5. 1large green pepper chopped
  6. to tastesalt
  7. uncooked spaghetti
  8. 3 cupsblended tomato
  9. 2tea mugs water
  10. Rosemary

Steps

  1. 1

    Brown the sausage and cut lengthwise

  2. 2

    Heat a little oil in a pan add onions, green pepper,rosemary

  3. 3

    Season to taste with salt, garlic and ginger

  4. 4

    Add the uncooked spaghetti, tomato puree and water

  5. 5

    Cover and simmer for 20 minutes or until spaghetti is cooked.
