Steps

Firstly crush gheeya in a open plate remove access water

Add gram flour and all ddy masalas and make a paste

Make small balls and deep fry in hot oil

Now make gravy of onion,, tomato, green chilli and ginger garlic paste,

Cook the gravy fr few min.. Nw add dry masala and cook it well nw add warm water cook it fr few min on low flame

After 5 minutes add balls of kofte in to the gravy. And off the flame leave it fr cook it well in to the steam..

Serve it wth stuffed parantha
