Ingredients

  • 2 cupbesan/gram flour
  • 2chopped onion
  • 2chopped patatoes
  • 1 cupchopped spinach
  • 2green chilli chopped
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1/4carrom seeds
  • 1 tspred chilli powder
  • 1 tbspGreen coriander
  • as neededOil for frying

Steps

  1. 1

    Make the batter of besan with water.

  2. 2

    Add salt, carrom seeds, red chilli powder.

  3. 3

    Add chopped onion, patatoes, green chilli and spinach.

  4. 4

    Mix well

  5. 5

    Heat oil and make small pakodas

  6. 6

    Fry till golden brown

  7. 7

    Serve with chutney
