For filling:Heat a pan,put 1 tsp refined oil. Put the grated coconut and sugar.Cook till the coconut turn golden brown colour.keep aside to cool.

Take a bowl put maida into it,then 1 tsp of fennel and 1 egg.Mix the batter.Then put little water to make a smooth batter like pan cake.Rest for 10mins.

Take a pan, put 1 tsp of oil.Then put batter on it, spread it. Now put the coconut filling into it and fold it like a roll.Cook both the side to golden brown. Serve as snacks.
