Apple cashew sweet
Steps

Peel apple and grate it.

In a pan add ghee or butter and fry them when they get soft and brown add sugar and dry fruit (optional).

Cook continue till it became thick after that switch off the flame and keep it as it is for cool.

Make a small ball and put in freeze for an hour.

In a mixing bowl, add cashew powder, milk powder and sugar powder and mix well.

Add little amount of water for dough and make sure dough not too soft.

Now take a small amount of dough and make a ball and put small ball of apple sweet.
Push with finger on center and stick a clove. - 8
Now colour with red food colour.
Now take red food colour in a plate, add few drops of water and use brush to paint the apples. - 9
Now my delicious cashew apple sweet is ready for eat.
