Steps

Marinate mutton with curd,salt oil, turmeric powder onion,ginger, garlic and garam masala powder

Keep it 4-5 hrs and heat oil

Temper Cumin seeds,bay leaf,red chilli and whole masalas

Add onion and garlic saute for 1, 2 mnts

Add ginger paste and saute until raw smell goes

Add mutton and saute,cover it and cook till it gets soft

In another pan add oil and saute Cumin coriander powder ginger and garlic paste

Add this into the mutton and saute well,cover it till it is soft and moist

Sprinkle ghee and garam masala powder and serve
