Ingredients

  • 1 bottlegourd sliced
  • 1 handfullentil dumplings
  • 2green chillies chopped
  • 2 tbspcoriander leaf chopped
  • 1 tspturmeric powder
  • 1 tspnigella seeds
  • To tastesalt and sugar
  • As neededoil

Steps

30 minutes
  1. 1

    Heat oil and fry the dumplings

  2. 2

    Add nigella seeds and green chillies

  3. 3

    Add gourd sliced and saute well

  4. 4

    Cover and cook stirring occasionally

  5. 5

    Add salt and turmeric powder and fry on high heat
