Chop up all the vegetables

Fry the onions, ginger and garlic together until they brown

Add the green pepper and tomatoes, crush the knorr beef cube inside and some salt and cover

Once the tomatoes are a paste, add in the ndengu and some water and cover again

Turn off heat after 15 minutes and serve
