Ingredients

  1. 200 gmsreduced milk
  2. 200 gmSugar
  3. 100 gmsGhee / oil for dough
  4. 300 gramsOil/ghee for deep frying
  5. 10Pistachios
  6. 2 tspAll purpose flour

Steps

  1. 1

    In a mixing bowl mix reduced milk and flour.

  2. 2

    Make out medium size balls. Deep fry them on slow heat

  3. 3

    Meanwhile prepare sugar syrup of 2 thread consistency.

  4. 4

    Drop fried jamuns into sugar syrup. Garnish with pistachios
